FAT: FLASH TIMING SYSTEM

VHSL Sanctioned

1. Athletes can not compete in both Varsity (9-12 Grades) and Jayvee (8-9 Grades) events.
2. Starting blocks will be provided.
3. Batons will not be provided.
4. Concessions will be available.
5. Results will be posted once the events have been FINALIZED.

TEAM AWARDS: 1st place,2nd place & 3rd place - Varsity Teams overall winners only.

INDIVIDUAL AWARDS: 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place Individual and Relay Team winners only. Awards can be picked up once the event has been posted(FINALIZED) by either the coach or athletes.

WEIGHTMEN'S RELAY: Shot Put and Discus
Throwers only.

ADMISSIONS: $2 per person.

MARKS: Will be measured (4) in Shot Put, Discus, Long Jump, and Triple Jump. Standards and Starting heights could be set due to entry marks and number of entries. Please give each athlete a mark or time and be considerate to give everyone a fair chance to compete at their level.

COST: Jayvee $75 per team or $150 both. Varsity $200 both teams $175 one team.

ENTRIES: 3 entries per event & 1 relay team per event.
Freshmen 1600m run. Jayvee races (8-9 Grades) 4x100m relay, 4x200m relay, 4x400m relay.

DEADLINE: Entries are due online to www.milestat.com by Wednesday, May 2nd @ 11:59 PM. NO EXCEPTIONS!

SCRATCHES: Due by Thursday, May 3rd @ 12 noon via e-mail jperrin@gc.k12.va.us or Fax (804)694-7685. NO ADDITONS DAY OF THE MEET.

FINAL DETAILS:
1. PARKING: please try to arrive on campus before 2:30 PM. Buses can drop off athletes in front at the main gates and park behind the stadium until school closes down.

2. SCRATCHES: all scratches due to me via e-mail by 12:00 today. NO CHANGES AT THE MEET.

3. PERFORMANCE LIST: has been sent to each of you and should be posted on milestat.com. Please look very carefully over the entries.

4. SCHEDULE: no changes to the posted schedule.

5. WARM-UP: located on the soccer/football practice fields behind the stadium only. Soccer teams will be practicing until 5:00 PM but athletes still have plenty of room to warm-up.

6.RESULTS: posted on the wall behind the main stadium at the completion of each event.

7. AWARDS: can be picked up at the completion of each event and presented at the awards stand.

8. CHECK-IN: athletes check in at field event area. Running events clerking area at the start of the sprints on the FIRST CALL.
