DATES: MAY 16 (Girls Pole Vault Only) and May 17th

SITE: York High School's Bailey Field
FACILITIES: Bailey Field has an 8 lane polyurethane track and runways. inch or less spikes permitted. Throwing surfaces are concrete. Restrooms will be available inside Bailey Field. Athletes are not permitted to enter any of the school buildings.
ENTRY FORMS: Each school may enter 3 athletes per event. You may enter more than 3 in any given event is all of the participants have met the district qualifying standards. Each school is allowed one relay team per event. Entries for BRD championship meet must be done on MileStat.com. Entry deadline is Saturday, May 12th at 11:59 pm. Please fax all VHSL entry forms to John Ashley at York HS at 757-898-8235.
SCRATCHES: Scratches in running events must be made by noon on Monday, May 14th. Please call John Ashley at 757-898-0421 to make scratches. A scratch counts as one of the individuals 3 running events. Scratches after May 14th will result in a disqualification of the individual from all running events in the district meet.
UNIFORMS: Team members will wear designated school uniform. All relay teams must be identically uniformed or face disqualification.
SCHOOL ASSIGNMENTS: Help is needed to make the event a success. If you cannot meet the below request, please let me know. If you are judging an event, please bring assistants from your school.

District Runner-up, Tournament Champion. Individual awards will be distributed to coaches.

12:10PM BOYS & GIRLS LONG JUMP, FOLLOWED BY TRIPPLE JUMP, BOY'S POLE VAULT. GIRLS HIGH JUMP FOLLOWED BY BOYS, BOYS SHOT PUT FOLLOWED BY GIRLS, GIRLS DISCUSS FOLLOWED BY BOYS.
(each athlete is allowed 3 jumps and 3 throws, all being finals.)
