Meet Entry: All participating teams will enter the meet through Milestat (www.Milestat.com). You must enter your team/individuals on Milestat in order to be entered in the meet. NO exceptions will be made!

Coaches only:There will be free water,gatorades,drinks and food provided throughout the meet.

Entry Information: Detailed instructions regarding entries will be available at www.Milestat.com. Two entries per field event 3 per running event and one per relay. Additional athletes can be added for $10.00 per event and $25 for each added relay.

Entry Fee: The entry fee will be $100.00 per team, $190.00 for both a men and women team or $20 per athlete $25/relay. 4 athletes will constitute a team. . . Teams can make checks payable to Heritage High School. Entry Deadlines: Opens 12:01am February 4th and closing at 1159pm Monday,April 22nd.

The Facility: A recently completed brand new state-of-the-art track & field facility. The facility features a top of the line 8 lane 115 degree turn radius polyurethane embedded track with two-directional long jump, pole vault and high jump capabilities. Fully automated Hy-Tek timing will be used and heights will be measured with new laser precision to increase speed and accuracy. Wind gages will also be utilized in all the sprints and jumps. The throwing facilities are also brand new.

Check-in: All track athletes MUST check-in at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start of their event. Athletes are encouraged to check-in early if they know they will be running. Check-in will be at the large tent on the infield closest to the dorms on the backstretch of the track. Field event participants should report to their event starting area at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start.

Rules: Only athletes competing in an event and their coaches are allowed in the infield. Please help us keep the facility clean by cleaning up your teams area when you leave.

Spikes: Maximum spike length will be 1/4 inch pyramids. Judges and clerks will be spot checking shoes at check-in for each event. Athletes will be disqualified for illegal spikes.

Implements: All implements must be weighed in before the event. Implement weigh in will be on Moon Field and will take place at 7:30 until 8:15

Advancement: All running events will be run as timed finals slow to fast. Finals in FIELD EVENTS will be the TOP six. Please be as accurate as possible with your entry marks! Field event seeding will be least to greatest.

Results: Results will be available at the conclusion of the meet on Milestat.com. Meet can also be seen live on the Lynchburg college website .

Parking: Parking will be available for buses, vans and spectators in the Turner Gymnasium lot located adjacent to the Track. Additional parking is located behind Turner Gymnasium.

Awards: MVP Boys and MVP Girls for Field and Running events. Additional awards to be provided .
