Daily Schedule:
Wake Up/ Light Breakfast 6:30 AM
AM run 7:15 AM
Lunch 11:30 AM
Afternoon Clinic 1:00 PM
PM run 3:00 PM
Dinner 5:00 PM
Special Lecture/Event 7:00 PM
Lights Out 10:30 PM
What to Bring:
Running Clothes/Shoes
Sheets/Pillowcase for Twin Bed

Cost:
Day Camper: $395
Boarding Camper: $495
Transportation: Travel arrangements can be made for pickup at Charlottesville Airport
AGE: This camp is open to boys & girls in the 8th through 12th grades
Camp is open to any and all entrants limited only by number, age, grade level, and/or gender.
Housing and Food: Campers will stay in the dorms of the Miller school and will be provided with Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. A camp store will be available to purchase snacks. Please note rooms are NOT air conditioned.
Emergency Information: An emergency contact and release form is required for all campers. Please note the emergency information location on the bottom of the camper application form. If there areany special needs, the Camp athletic trainer must be notified at camp registration.
Conduct: Campers are expected to adhere to a strict set guidelines and rules unless with an organized camp group. Campers must be supervised at all times. A positive attitude is required at all times!
What to bring: All campers will need to bring: Money for snacks, souvenirs, etc. Campers will also need proper track attire, running shoes and/or spikes, swim suit, and casual attire for the evenings. Resident campers need blankets, towels, personal toiletries, and casual attire for the evenings.
Cell Phones: We ask that cell phones be left in the dorm room during lectures and workouts. Cell phone use is allowed during camp free time.
Airport: We will be happy to provide transportation to/from Charlottesville airport. This service will cost $60.00, round-trip, and is due with deposit. Please provide the campers flight information on the camp application.
