Meet Information

Host: The Atlantic Coast Track League & Lakeland High School

Awards: Top 3 Finishers & Winning Relays will receive medals. The top 2 Boys and Girls teams will receive trophies. We will also select male and female athletes of the meet.

Merchandise: T-shirts and apparel will be available for purchase by Fine Designs. Check out their website at: http://finedesigns.com/ for more details.

Sanctioning: Meet is sanctioned by the Virginia High School League.

Facilities: The Boo Williams Sportsplex Track is a 6-lane 200m IAAF certified synthetic surface with two long jumps pits, one pole vault pit, one high jump pit and a wooden throwing circle.

Spikes: Pyramid spikes only; no needle or Christmas tree spikes allowed. Shoes will be examined by the clerk of course. Pyramid spikes will be available for sale.

Training Room: A Certified Athletics Trainer will be on staff for the meet.

Tickets & Concessions: $8 Adults per day
$4 Children (under 12) per day. Concessions will be open.

Entries: Maximum: 2 entries per event. In some instances, a 3rd person will be allowed in some events if the coach contacts me with their situation by email. I will need their name, school, gender and their season's best performance in that event. Only 1 Relay per school will be allowed.

Athletes & Coaches: Bib Numbers will be used to identify athletes who are entered in events and they must be worn on the front of their uniform. Athletes must hsve their bib number to enter the facility. Coaches will be given passes with the number determined by their team size.

Entries will open in early January. You may make changes up until the closing deadline on WEDNESDAY January 30, 2013 at 11:59pm.

Entry Fees: $150 per team (boys & girls separate). Also there may be a $15 per athlete if you have less than 10 members. $30 dollars per relay if you are only running relays. Please make checks payable to Atlantic Coast Club P.O. Box 3149 Portsmouth, VA 23701.

Results: This meet will be using "live results" courtesy of Atlantic Coast Timing. Look for the link on milestat or you can scan the QR code at the meet to get to the live results instantly.
