With a previous personal best of 6'6" from last spring in the high jump, Colonial Forge senior Jeremy Granderson's 6'10.25" was unexpected but thrilling on Saturday at the Atlantic Coast Invitational. Granderson's performance now ranks him #1 in the state of Virginia, #5 in the US, and #7 all-time in Virginia high school indoor history. Field events today include both triple jumps and pole vaults, girls' high jump, and boys' shot put.
