Limited to 11 teams.

Girls will run first. Heats will run slow to fast. There will be no set time schedule. The meet will run continuously. Field event flights will go lowest seed to highest. Throws and horizontal jumps will be 3 attempts, no finals.
Field Event Entries: Three athletes per event. Top two performances will be added together to determine height or distance. Long and triple jump will be open pit with a 1 hour time limit.
Throwers relay will be made up of two boys and two girls who must compete in the shot or discus.
Running Event Entries: One relay team per school in each event.
Please enter all athletes competing on Milestat. Include any athlete who might run in a relay.
8th grade special is a 1,2,4,8 relay that is non-scoring. We will run a girls section and a boys section.
Entry deadline : Tuesday March 19, 11:00 pm Entry on Milestat ONLY.
Participation rule: Athletes are limited to three running events and any number of field events.
Awards: Top 2 girls and boys teams. Individual awards to top three relay teams in each event.
Scoring: first place 6 pts, then 5,4,3,2,1
In case of a tie in the vertical jumps, total number of misses by both athletes combined will be the tie-breaker. In the horizontal jumps/throws, the best 2nd jump/throw by both athletes combined will be the tie-breacker
