TIME: SEE TIME SCHEDULE ON PAGE 2
ENTRY Only 7 members from each Conference team (grades 9-12) may run in the varsity race.
RULES: All other members are eligible for the sub-varsity race. Submit all competitors, Varsity or JV, on the Milestat.com entry system. Please mark those athletes with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher with (*) on both forms provided. Please remember that 9th graders will not be eligible for all-academic honors.
DEADLINES: The entries must be submitted on milestat.com by 11:59PM, Monday, October 28, 2013.

RULES: Cross Country section of the 2013 National Federation of State High School Associations edition of Track & Field and Cross Country rules.
COURSE: 5000 Meters (3.1 miles), mostly grass. Flats or short spikes are recommended. The
course is a spectator friendly course.
