TIMES: Girls' Race - 4:00 p.m.
Boys' Race - 4:30 p.m.
COACHES' MEETING: Packet Pick-up -3:00pm
COURSE OPENS: 2:30 p.m. for everyone
AWARDS: Awards will be presented at approximately 5:00 p.m.

ENTRIES: Minimum of 5 runners, maximum of 7 runners. Substitutions
can be made at the coaches' meeting. Please use the form in this packet to
complete your entries. Packet pick-up will be at the Awards Tents.
ENTRY DEADLINE: Thursday, October 24, 2013 - 10:00 a.m.

ADMISSION: Admission will be charged according to Region 5A North policy.
The cost of admission will be $6.00 general admission. Region 5A North Passes,
VHSCA VASSP, NASSP, VIAAA, and VHSL Principal's Passes will be honored for the
bearer only.
PARKING: Car parking will be only allowed in the field on the right hand
side of the main driveway. Buses may park in the same lot as the invitational.
DRESS: No dressing room; athletes should dress at home.
NO CONCESSIONS: .
T-SHIRTS: Long-Sleeve Conference T-Shirts will be sold for $20 on-site only.
You should pre-order your shirts for your team. All the athletes entered in the
conference meet will have their name on the back of their shirts.
REGION QUALIFING INFORMATION: Top 3 Teams + Top 15 Individuals Qualifiers

Please be reminded to leave regional entry forms with Derek Farrey.
Starting team positions for both races will be randomly drawn.
