Each school may enter seven runners with three alternates. Use the conference form on the VHSL website. Make sure that you mark those eligible for the All-Academic Team on your entry form.
All entries should be faxed or emailed on the official entry form no later than Friday, Oct 25th. No additions/changes to the entry form will be allowed after the entry has been submitted to the Conference Director.
Conference Trophies will be awarded to the first place girls team and the first place boys team. Conference certificates will be awarded as follows:
First team: first 5 females, first 5 males
Second team second 5 females, second 5 males
Honorable mention next 5 females, next 5 males
