II. SITE Saturday, February 15, 2014: Liberty University Indoor Fieldhouse, Lynchburg, VA. Fieldhouse opens at
III. ADMISSION $7 for all spectators
IV. PASSES VHSCA-VHSL-VIAAA-VATA-VSBA-Principal state membership cards.
V. OFFICIALS Conference 24 and 31 will be run concurrently with Joe Curcio as head. Rod Camden will be in charge of all entries for Conference 24 and Joe Curcio will be in charge of running the meet, including officials.
Each team with more than 10 individuals may be involved in some way in running the in running the meet with assignments at a later date. This will be either a field event or an umpire.
VI. QUALIFIERS (1) Two athletes per event regardless of performance, however all athletes must be entered with a time or distance. One relay team per school per relay event.

VIII. ENTRIES You will be entering the meet twice, once on the VHSL conference entry form and again on milestat. Milestat entries are due by 8pm on Sunday, February 9, 2014, while VHSL entries are due by 10am on Monday,February 10. On the VHSL form you must state the meet and the date of each performance, remember all entries must have a time or distance. VHSL entries must be faxed (434-522-3793) or emailed to Rod Camden at camdenrc@lcsedu.net.
Remember to include names of potential relay runners who are not in an individual event on both entries. Email is preferred over faxing if possible. Coaches will be emailed a VHSL conference entry form at least a week before the meet or coaches may use indoor track conference entry form at vhsl.org. Remember all performances should be verified on the VHSL form. You will also be entering on milestat and the milestat entries will be uploaded into the conference meet. You will need a password to enter the meet which will be emailed to you around a week before the meet. If there is a conflict with the milestat entries and VHSL entries that cannot be resolved, the VHSL entry will override the
milestat performance (I will attempt to contact the coach first).
IX. SCRATCHES Email early scratches to rodcamden@comcast.net after the entry deadline but before 8pm on Tuesday Feb.11, 2014 (so they can get in the program and events get reseeded). After this time scratches (without penalty) will be taken at the coaches meeting. No additions will be allowed after the Feb. 9, deadline. Remember you can only enter an athlete in a maximum of 3 running events (including relays) except anyone running the 3200 run is allowed only one other running event (including relays).
XI. TEAM FOOD Absolutely no food or drinks will be allowed on or inside the oval.
XII. TEAM PERSONNEL - All team personnel,managers, scorekeepers, etc, must enter with the team.
XIII. QUALIFIERS TO REGION: The top 6 athletes and the top 3 relay teams from the conference meet automatically qualify for the region meet. In addition, any athlete or relay team who has a region qualifier in a 3 or more team meet during the season will qualify. If you enter an athlete who did not place in the top 6 or a relay team not in the top 3, I will check milestat to be sure that the athlete/relay team has meet the regional standard. Further information will be given at the coaches meeting.
