Dear Coach/Athletic Director:
St. Stephens & St. Agnes School is looking forward to having your team(s) compete at the 33rd Annual General Philip H. Draper Track & Field Invitational on Friday, May 2 and Saturday, May 3, 2014. As in previous years, we will be using a FinishLynx timing system and all entries will be completed on-line. Please continue to utilize our meet website (www.draperinvitational.org), where you can find information about the 2014 event as well as results from years past.
Important Notes:
Please RSVP your schools participation via e-mail to djordan@sssas.org by March 23rd.
I will reply with a confirmation within one day, at which time I will request more information about your school. If you do not receive a confirmation email, your registration did not get through to me and you should try again. If I do not hear from you by Sunday, March 23rd, I will place you on the waiting list and extend your invitation to another school.
The 2014 fee for Draper is $250 for a single sex team or $350 for a co-ed team. Teams of six or less may pay $25 per athlete. Please send checks to the address in your confirmation email.
I will e-mail detailed information on or before Monday, April 7th. This will include the final meet schedule and directions for submitting entries on-line.
