This Meet for CONFERENCE 33 TEAMS ONLY
Teams may enter using MILESTAT.COM
Entries are DUE THURSDAY, May 15th at 11:59 pm.
Entry restrictions include:
3 athletes per gender per event. "A" Relay Teams only.
For any additional entries enter them as milestat. If you have additional entries beyond the 3 standard per team all entries for your team MUST meet the Conference standards. If you have 3 entries or less they do not need to meet the conference standards. All entries will be verified via milestat.
If your entries are not milestat verifiable you must email me the results from the meet at mtompkins@ycsd.york.va.us or you can scan and email a copy of the results if you do not have an electronic copy. Athletes must have a verified mark or time from the regular season to compete at the Conference meet. Relays must have been run at least once prior to the Conference meet.

Scoring 8 Deep in all events: 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1
Trials and Finals in Field Events: Top 9 in Field Events will advance with top 8 scoring
Trials and Finals in Running Events: Top 8 will advance and top 8 will score
Trials in only 100m, 100/110m hurdles and Field Events.
Opening Heights: High Jump Girls: 3-10, Boys 4-10

Concessions: Will be sold 3:00-6:00pm
Curve Judges: Coach Greene and Coach P
Spectators: $5.00
Check in for running events: Under tent past the finish lines
Buses: Please drop kids off in bus drop off area. Athletes will walk down to track. Buses please park in student parking lot. First parking lot when you enter school.
Trainer: Trainer will be located at the finish line.
Infield: Infield will be closed due to Discus on the infield
Scratches: You may scratch in a running event and still participate in following events with no penalty which also includes relays. However, if you are declared in your maximum number of events, you cannot scratch one of those and run in a relay. Athletes may participate only in events entered on your Milestat entry form.
