ENTRY PROCECURES
Entry deadline is 11:59 PM, Thursday, October 23, 2014.
Enter all eligible athletes in your team database on Milestat.com. Athletes not entered in the meet will not be allowed to compete.
Mark athletes with cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher with an asterisk (*) following their last name.

ENTRY LIMITATIONS
Varsity Races: Each school may enter up to seven runners in the varsity races.
Sub-Varsity Race: Unlimited entries in the sub-varsity race.
UNIFORMS AND EQUIPMENT
Athletes are required to wear their official school uniform.
NFHS uniform rules will be enforced.
AWARDS
Medals to the top 3 individuals and relays in each event.
Event champions will be recognized as All-District.
Plaques to the Outstanding Field Events and Running Performers.
Coach of the Year will be awarded to the winning coaches.
All awards and certificates will be distributed to coaches at the conclusion of the meet.
MISCELLANEOUS
Pin bib numbers to the front of singlets.
Report to the starting line 10 minutes before the scheduled start time.
Athletes return finish cards to coach as soon as race is finished.
Use good sportsmanship at all times.
Stay within course markings at all times.
MEET PROCEDURES
Varsity Races
Maximum 7 runners per school
Each runner will receive an index card at the finish. Coaches collect these cards, write the athletes name, bib number, and school on the back of the card, complete the quick score envelope, and return it to the scorers table.
Sub-Varsity Race
Unlimited runners
No team scoring
Each runner will receive an index card at the finish. Coaches collect these cards, write the athletes name, bib number, and school on the back of the card and return it to the scorers table.
PARKING AND FEES
All spectators and teams must park inside the park at a location designated by the park rangers.
The admission fee for the park is $4.00 per vehicle (not including team busses).
Busses will park in the old stable area.
There is no parking on Beach Road. Violators will be ticketed.
AWARDS
Conference Meet Champions (Will receive rotating team trophy and certificates)
Neck Ribbon Medal to Individual Champion of each varsity race
Medals to 2nd and 3rd place finishers in each varsity race
Ribbons to 4th through 15th place in each varsity race
All-Conference Certificate top 15 runners in the varsity races
All-Conference All- Academic Athletes in the top 15 of the varsity races who have a 3.0 or higher cumulative GPA from high school and who are indicated as such on the team roster.
Recognition to top 15 in sub-varsity race.
Coaches of the Year will receive a plaque. (Coaches receiving most votes by ballot)

A. a member of one of the top 4 teams
or
