The Richmond Track & Field Club is very pleased to invite you and your athletes to the FIFTY-FIFTH annual East Coast Invitational Indoor Track & Field Meet to be held at the Arthur Ashe Center on January 13-14, 2015. The meet is sanctioned by the VHSL for Virginia High Schools only.
Tentative Schedule of Events Each Day
The order of events will remain the same, but times may be adjusted to fit the number of entries.
The meet will run on a rolling schedule beginning at 4:30 pm (Field) & 5:30 PM Running)

Entry Deadline All entries must be submitted on-line at milestat.com on or before midnight Wednesday, January 7, 2015.
Entry Fees: $5.00 per athlete per event for individual events (i.e. one athlete in 3 individual events = $15.00) and $10.00 per relay team with a maximum of $200.00 per school per gender. Checks should be made payable to: Richmond Track & Field Club and mailed to Jim Holdren, Entries Chairman, 1541 Westshire Lane, Richmond, VA 23238, postmarked on or before Thursday, January 8 2015. Entries are not final until entry fee checks are received. NOTE THERE WILL BE A $25 LATE FEE ADDED TO EACH SCHOOLS ENTRY FEE FOR CHECKS POSTMARKED AFTER THE THURSDAY, JANUARY 8, 2015 DEADLINE AND/OR THOSE DELIVERED ON THE DAY OF THE MEET.
Entry Limits: Each team may enter a maximum of 2 entries per girls & boys team in the long jump and triple jump. A maximum of four entries per individual running event and 1 relay team per relay event may be entered. All entries should meet the minimum standards listed below
Minimum Standards: - BOYS; LJ-16, TJ-33, HJ-5, PV-8, SP-32, HH-12.0, 55-7.5, 300-45.0, 500-1:27, 1000-3:25, 1600-6:00, 3200-12:30 GIRLS; LJ-12, TJ-26, HJ-4, PV-6, SP-22, HH-13.5, 55-8.7, 300-53.5, 500-1:40, 1000-4:00,1600-7:00, 3200-16:00
