6:00pm: 200m Dash (Blocks All Sections) --> Declarations Open 4-5pm
7:00pm: 300m Dash (Blocks Top 5 Sections) --> Declarations Open 5-6pm
7:40pm: 4x400m Relay
8:00pm: 60m Hurdle Finals

Saturday Field Events

10:00am: Girls Pole Vault, Girls High Jump (Opening Height 4-6), Boys High Jump (Opening Height 5-6), Girls Triple Jump (inner pit), Boys Shot Put, Boys Long Jump (outer pit)
3:00pm: Boys Pole Vault, Boys Triple Jump (inner pit), Girls Long Jump (outer pit)** this will begin immediately following the boys long jump, Girls Shot Put
ALL FIELD EVENTS WILL GO SEEDED FIRST ---> UNSEEDED LAST
PLEASE NOTE: The top 9 athletes from the first flight of the shot put, long jump, and triple jump will qualify for finals which will be contested immediately after the first flight concludes. The remaining flights will receive three attempts after the finals are concluded.
Entry Fees
$300 max per gender. $600 max per school. $15 per individual event entry and $40 per relay entry until the max is reached. Checks can made out to "VA Showcase" and mailed to 2246 Park Ave, Richmond, VA 23220.
