Dear Coach,
We are pleased to invite your school to the 6th Annual Boo Williams Winter Break Invitational, on Friday, December 19 and Saturday, December 20, 2014. The meet, which is open to all high school age athletes competing with their high school team and to middle school relays, will be held at Boo Williams Sportsplex.
Entries may close early due to large entries in the meet, so please enter early. Read the information and entry sheet carefully. If you have any questions, please email me at bwspindoor@gmail.com.
Just a reminder, once an entry is accepted, the entry fee should follow. The fee is an entry fee and not a participation fee. A check, money order or a purchase order is needed in order to compete the day of the meet.
Concessions: Food & Drinks Available (NO OUTSIDE FOOD ALLOWED) YOU CAN BRING WATER, GATORADE AND FRUIT ONLY!

Due Date is Wednesday, December 17, 2014. NO ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED ON THE DAY OF THE MEET. Just a reminder, that once an entry is accepted, the entry fee should follow. A check or purchases order is needed in order to compete the day of the meet.

Awards: Top 3 Finishers will receive awards. Awards must be picked up on the day of the meet!
Facilities: The Boo Williams Sportsplex has a state of the art 6 lane 200 meter Beynon BS 1000 Track Surface with two long jump pits, one pole vault pit, one high jump pit and a wooden throwing circle.
Spikes: pyramid spikes only - no needle or "Christmas tree" spikes allowed.
A certified athletics trainer will be on staff for the meet.
Tickets for spectators will be on sale at The Boo Williams Sportsplex
$12 Adults 2-day pass, $8 single day
$6 Children 2-day pass for children (under 12), $4 single day
Meet programs will be on sale
For the Invitational Section you may enter up to 2 athletes for the event. However, these are select races and only the top entries will be selected to compete in this event. "Elite" Relay will be the top 6 teams from each of the girls and boys 4x400m relay entries.
Only teams that have sanctioned indoor seasons will be allowed to compete in the High School Section.
Middle School Elite are AAU sanctioned events. Athletes must be enrolled in grades 6th through 8th.
