Teams may enter using MILESTAT.COM
Entries are DUE Sunday, May 24th at 11:59 pm. Also Entries must be completed on VHSL forms and emailed to kwilliam@culpeperschools.org by May 23rd
Entry restrictions include:
Top Six Individual Finishers from the CONFERENCE 25, 26, 27, 28 Conference Championships Meets and Top Three Relay Teams Finishers from the CONFERENCE 25, 26, 27, 28 Conference Championships Meets or who have met Region 3A East Qualifying Standards in a meet of 5 or more teams or a State Qualifying standard in a meet of 10 teams or more during the regular season.

TEAM AWARDS IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING CONCLUSION OF EVENTS.
Once finals begin, we will operate on a rolling schedule.
Awards and advancing:
First and Runner up Team Trophies, Top 3 individuals in each event.
Advancement:
Top 6 in each individual event; Top 6 Relay Teams advances to the VHSL State 3A Championships or by meeting State 3A Championships Qualifying Standard before or at the 3A East Region meet. Coaches need to have a state qualifying performance verification sheet on file with the regional director when entering the athlete for the state meet. Conference and Regional performances do not need this form.
