Harrisonburg Last Chance Invitational
Friday, May 15th, 2015
To facilitate parking and hopefully allow spectators some stress free pre-event time, we will be parking ALL buses on the south side of the school near the tennis courts. This space is designed to park buses in the middle of the lot on the diagonal, and should allow access to and from the lot in a much more orderly way.
Please pass along to your drivers, that they will be able to drop athletes off in the north lot at the base of the ramp, and then move buses to the south lot for parking. We will be able to get buses back later to retrieve athletes, but we won't want them to cue up too long before the end of the meet. Our staff will work with them to hopefully accomplish a smooth get-away for everyone.
Entry Info
Limits - 3 individual entries per event per school; 1 relay entry per school.
Deadline - Entries due by Tuesday May 12th at 5:59PM
Accepted - Meet will be limited to the first 16 confirmed schools.
Fee $200 per school or $10 per individual athlete.
Payable - Harrisonburg High School by day of the meet.
Awards - Custom awards to top 3 in each event
Admission - $5.00 general admission
Timing - Finish Lynx Timing System
