This meet is open to former Capital District Teams only.

DUE TO CONSTRUCTION ON CAMPUS, PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING PARKING INSTRUCTIONS: Team buses and spectators arriving prior to 4:30 should enter the track from the lower road off of Huntington beside the softball field. After 4:30 spectators and team buses should park at the Driver Ed. Range at the bus ramp entrance. Our regular school transportation buses will still be entering and exiting this area until about 4:20 pm. You cannot get to the stadium from the main parking lot behind the due to construction.

Facilities: Henrico High School's track is an all-weather surface with 8 lanes, and alley start. Spikes longer than " are prohibited.

Entry Deadline: All entries must be entered into the MileStat online entry system no later than 7:00p.m., May 5, 2015. No substitutions or additions the day of the meet, scratches only.

Other information: There will be FAT timing for all races. All races will be finals. Order will be slowest to fastest. Times will be e-mailed to all coaches following the meet. We will need assistance with Field Event Officials. Please let me know which event you can assist with.

Warm Up Area: Please instruct your athletes to warm up outside the stadium. We will close the track for warm up after the 3200m race.

Infield: No athletes will be allowed on the infield unless their event is being run. The area of the finish line/timing area is off limits. Coaches and athletes are asked to stay away from the timing area and keep athletes off the infield.

Bull Pen: Location will be at the beginning of the home stretch for all running events. Field events check in at the field event venue. Please advise athletes to check in early as we will not hold up the meet for them.

Entries are limited to 4 per event. A and B relays allowed. Field events will be 3 attempts with no finals. Heat seeding will be based on time, with the fastest section being run last.

Field Events will start promptly at 5:00PM
Boys Long Jump followed by Triple Jump
Girls Long Jump followed by Triple Jump
Girls High Jump (starting 4'2") followed by Boys (starting 4'10")
Girls Shot Put followed by Boys
Discus to be contested Tuesday at each school--construction at HHS precludes competing during meet
No pole vault will be contested.

Running events will start at 5:00pm and run consecutively. THE 3200 WILL BE CONTESTED AT 5:00 PM!
