COACHES MEETING: It will take place at the packet pick up table 30 minutes prior to the start of the girls race for each conference
COURSE OPENS: 1:30 p.m. for everyone
AWARDS: Awards will be presented 15 minutes after the conclusion of the boys race for each conference

ENTRIES: Minimum of 5 runners, maximum of 7 runners. Substitutions can be made at the coaches meeting. Please use the form in this packet to complete your entries. Packet pick-up will be at the Awards Tents.

ADMISSION: Admission will be charged according to Conference Handbook. The cost of
admission will be $6.00 general admission. Region Passes, VHSCA, VASSP, NASSP, VIAAA, and VHSL Principals Passes will be honored for the bearer only.
PARKING: Car parking will be only allowed in the field on the right hand side of the main driveway. Buses may park in the same lot as the invitational.
DRESS: No dressing room; athletes should dress at home.

T-SHIRTS: Long-Sleeve Conference T-Shirts will be sold for $20 on-site only. You may pre-
order your shirts for your team. All the athletes entered in the conference meet will have their name on the back of their shirts.
REGION 5A NORTH QUALIFING INFORMATION: Top 3 Teams (Regular Season Champion gets and automatic berth and is counted as one of the top 3 teams) + Top 15 Individuals Qualifiers (Inclusive of Team)
REGION 4A WEST QUALIFING INFORMATION: Top 3 Teams (+ Top 15 Individuals Qualifiers (Inclusive of Team)
Please be reminded to leave regional entry forms with Derek Farrey.
Starting team positions for both races will be randomly drawn.
