Scary moment at T.C. Williams with two of nation's best sprinters in brothers Josephus Lyles and Noah Lyles settle to battle on their home track in 200 finals at the T.C. Williams Invitational on Saturday. Unfortunately, Josephus pulls up early in the race due to a quad pull as Noah goes onto win in a US #1 time of 20.33. The tandem has big goals for their senior season together which appears to be at least on hold temporarily for one in Josephus.

Noah Lyles runs US #1 20.33 in the finals of the 200 meter dash, but he lost his brother Josephus to injury early in the race in a scary moment at the T.C. Williams Invitational.
We knew there was a good reason that we would be sending our contributor Ryun Anderson to film the T.C. Williams Invitational on Saturday. It turned out that the meet in Northern Virginia turned into a day of many big wins and fast times from Maryland athletes and relays.
He hit the track and the crowd went silent. He even had to be carted off of the track due to his injury.
