All buses and cars are to come in GATE 2 and park in the gravel lot by the Polo Fields
12:00pm 6A South Girls Championship
12:50pm 6A South Boys Championships
1:45pm 6A South Championship Awards
$8.00 Entry per ticket. Accepted Passes/Free of Charge guests are specifically listed in the 6A South Region Handbook 2016. Use page 8 Admission Policy & 17 Passes for reference
Only 7 members from each qualifying regional team (grades 9-12) may run in the varsity race.
Submit all Varsity competitors on the Milestat.com entry system. Only those team members entered on Milestat.com entry will be eligible for Varsity competition.
The entries must be submitted on milestat.com by 11:59, Sunday, October 30, 2016.

Please remind athletes and coaches No one is allowed on the infield, polo field, the main house, or on the steward stand above the rest rooms.
Trophies will be awarded for the first place team (boys & girls).
The top 15 finishers in each of the Varsity Championship races (boys & girls) shall Earn 6A SOUTH REGION CROSS COUNTRY FIRST TEAM HONORS for 2016.
The coach of the year is designated to the head coach of the winning team in each of the championship races.

DIRECTIONS: From the east or west ---take I-66 to Exit 31 (Rt. 245-2miles) From south---take US Rt.17 or US
Rt. 29 North to Warrenton, continue north on US Rt. 17, approx. 8 miles. Great Meadow will be on the right
ADVANCEMENT: The top 6 girls & boys teams in each Championship race and the first 10 finishers not on an advancing team will ADVANCE to the VHSL State Cross Country Championships on November 11-12, 2016 at Great Meadow, The Plains, VA.
