Entries:
All meet entries will be done using milestat. All times must be verified on milestat this season. If you do not have everything updated, your athletes will be entered as No Time. All relay legs plus any alternates must be listed.
Entry Limits: 1 relay and 4 individuals per event
If more than 4 athletes meet a verified district standard, your school will be allowed to enter more than 4 individuals in that event.
Entry Deadline: Entries will be accepted up until Friday, Feb 3 at 11:59PM.
Uniform and electronics rule will be in effect.
Qualification: Top three relays and top six individuals automatically qualify for the region meet. In addition athletes/relays may qualify by meeting the regional qualifying times.
Scoring: Places 1st-6th Score 10, 8, 6, 4, 2, 1
Awards: Boys and Girls Team Championship Trophy and
Note: No athletes will be allowed in the building at any time during the competition (unless a weather emergency requires it). All athletes must stay off the infield during the competition. Please make an effort to share these expectations with your athletes.
All athletes should come prepared for competition as there will not be a changing area.

Girls Shot ..followed by Boys Shot Put (4 throws no finals)
