Scoring: 10-8- 6-5- 4-3- 2-1
Equipment: Starting Blocks will be furnished by meet management. All other equipment, team or personal, must be supplied by competing teams and individuals. All Shot Puts will be certified by the
Meet Official. Spikes will not be allowed on any surface in the Ashe Center!
Uniform: Athletes are required to wear the official school uniform. Competitors numbers and hip numbers, if furnished, must be worn.
Dressing: Limited dressing facilities are available at the Ashe Center. You are strongly advised to come dressed to compete.
Entry: Each school may enter a maximum of three (3) entries for each individual event.
Limitations: Additional entries will be allowed provided ALL entries in that event meet the Conference, Regional, or State qualifying standard. Each school is allowed only one (1) relay team per relay event.
Relay Teams: Relay teams will be officially declared on a relay declaration card when the team reports the clerk of course for check-in. At that time a maximum of six (6) athletes from the entry roster may be listed, any four (4) of which may run. The relay will count as an event only for those athletes who
actually run. Make sure you list all possible relay legs in your online entry. Athletes entered in individual events need not be relisted as relay legs.
Entry Forms: All entries must be submitted online via the MileStat entry system no later than 5:00PM, Monday, February 6 th . Only performances verified by the MileStat database for the current Indoor Season will be allowed for entry. All entries at the entry deadline are considered Declared and will count towards an athletes maximum number of events. We are following the same Declaration Rule as written in the VHSL Handbook.
Regional Meet Qualifying: The top six (6) finishers in each event and the three (3) relays teams from the conference meet and anyone meeting the 2016 Regional standards will advance.

All-Academic Conference 20 Honors: Athletes in each sport that maintain a 3.0 cumulative GPA. Please
indicate All Academic candidates with an asterisk (*) following their last name on your online entry.
Meet MVP Ballots for Meet MVP will be provided and must be returned by the conclusion of the meet.
Coach of the Year Ballots for Coach of the Year will be provided and must be returned by the conclusion of the meet.
Entry Deadline: Online entries will close at 5:00PM, Monday, February 6 th after which no additional
entries will be accepted. All entries at the entry deadline are considered Declared and will count towards an athletes maximum number of events. We are following the same Declaration Rule as the VHSL State Meet.

* Powhatan-Boys Long & Triple Jump
