Meet Information
ENTRIES: Entries will close Sunday May 14th at Noon. Each team is allowed 3 entries per individual event and 1 relay. You may enter more individuals provided everyone has met the Conference standard. The declaration rule is in effect (make sure you understand it), entries are declared once entries close on Sunday the 14th. Entries must be verified in Milestat, If you are converting a non-standard event (1500, 3000, Mile or 2 Mile) please email Pete Augrom with the following info Meet name and date, event and performance, converted time. If you are converting from 1500, 3000 to 1600, 3200 multiply the performance by 1.0737. Converting from 1 / 2 mile to 1600/3200 divide by 1.0058.
ADVANCEMENT: We will advance the top 4 individuals and 3 relays to the 5A North Region meet, along with anyone who has a Regional or State standard.
AWARDS: Medals will be given to the top 3 individuals and relays. Team championship trophies to the winners.
