Entry Rules: Each team may enter 10 athletes ( 7 Runners + 3 Alternates) to choose their 7 participants from. Athletes not on the Entry Roster will not be eligible for the meet.
Entries Forms: All forms must be emailed by Tuesday October 31ST @ 6:00pm.
Rules: Cross Country section of the National Federation Edition of the Track and Field Rule Book (2016- 2017) Scoring (Rule- Section2)
All Region Team:The top 15 finishers in each of the Varsity Championship races shall earn All Region Cross Country.
Tickets: Tickets are $8; Children 6 and under admitted free with parent.
