Dear Coach,

We are pleased to invite your school to Boo Williams Winter Break Invitational, on Friday, December 17th and Saturday, December 18th, 2021. The meet, which is open to all high school competing with their high school team. Entries may close early due to large entries in the meet, so please enter early. Read the information and entry sheet carefully. If you have any questions, please email me at bwspindoor@gmail.com. Just a reminder, once an entry is accepted, the entry fee should follow.The fee is an entry fee and not a participation fee. A check, money order or a purchase order is needed in order to compete the day of the meet.

Entry Fee: $175.00 for Girls or Boys team only or 300.00 combined Girls and Boys.

NO ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED ON THE DAY OF THE MEET. Just a reminder, that once an entry is accepted, the entry fee must follow. A check or purchases order is required in order to compete the day of the meet. Please bring a copy of the check and/or voucher in case yours is not received prior to the meet. Due to previous mishaps, no team will be permitted to compete without the copy and your athletic director's contact information.

Mail you're meet entry with payment or voucher to: Boo Williams Sportsplex c/o LaVon Marrow, 5 Armistead Pointe Parkway, Hampton, VA 23666.

Payments will be accepted the day of the meet. No "checks in the mail" stories. Do not show up without payment and expect to participate; however in case of an emergency we will accept cash app payments and you will be given a receipt for your book keeper to reimburse you.

We will be honoring all the VHSL and the VHSCA coaches passes. If you are using a pass it must be presented at the admissions window.

Spectators Tickets: will be on sale at The Boo Williams Sportsplex, $10 per day, $5 Children (under 12), (Mask are required be worn at all times when inside BWSP and SOCIAL DISTANCE when possible!)

Concessions: Food & Drinks Available (NO OUTSIDE FOOD ALLOWED) YOU CAN BRING WATER, GATORADE AND FRUIT ONLY!

Awards: Top 3 Finishers will receive awards. Awards must be picked up on the day of the meet!

Facilities:The Boo Williams Sportsplex has a State of the Art 6 lane 200 meter Track Surface with two long jump pits, one pole vault pit, one high jump pit and a wooden throwing circle. Spikes: 1/4 inch pyramid spikes only -no needle or "Christmas tree" spikes allowed.A certified athletics trainer will be on staff for the meet.
