3K for Middle School Runners

8:00 am -- Check-In & Walk-thru
8:30 am -- Coaches Meeting
9:15 am -- MS Boys
9:20 am -- MS Girls (5 minutes after MS Boys)
10:05 am -- HS Boys
10:15 am -- HS Girls (10 minutes after HS Boys)
11:05 am - Awards Ceremony
Fees: $10 per runner ($150 per school/club for 30 runners)
$5 per runner after $150 for 30 runners)
Chip Timing. Trophies to first place teams for HS Boys, HS Girls, MS Boys, and MS Girls (Additional awards per NVIAC requirements). Medals to top 10 (HS Boys, HS Girls, MS Boys, & MS Girls).

Payment will be required for all registered runners because of chip timing. Registration deadline is 10/13/17 or when race is full.Payments should be made payable to FHSAA and mailed to Kay Twaddell at 7786 Tangier Drive, Springfield, VA 22153. Payment must be received by 10/18/17. NO RACE DAY PAYMENT.
