DATE: Thursday, October 16, 2025
LOCATION: Workhouse Arts Center, 9518 Workhouse Way, Lorton
EVENTS:
5K for High School (9th to 12th grades, running up is allowed)
4K for Middle School (5th to 8th grades)
CONCESSIONS: Pre-packaged snacks and drinks will be available for cash purchase.
COURSE: The course is revamped for this year. As last year, it starts and finishes at the Workhouse baseball field, but the middle portion is now on the challenging Laurel Hill mountain bike trails. See this link for a course map.
SCHEDULE: First race starts at 4:00 PM; subsequent races start on rolling schedule, no later than the times below. We will keep up with the schedule to be able to finish before sunset, so athletes finishing after the start time of the next race may face oncoming runners and should yield.

Registration deadline is Saturday, 10/11/25.
AWARDS: For each race, trophies to first place teams and medals to top 5 individuals.
FEES & PAYMENT:
Individuals: $20 per athlete.
Small program (8-15 athletes): $150
Medium (16-25): $250
Large (26-up): $350
