Coaches Meeting: 9:00am
School Attending: Battlefield, Dominion, Hayfield, Madison, Langley, Oakton, South Lakes, Edison, Marshall
No bib numbers - I will have a copy of the entries - have the kids look up their section and lane before going to get their hip numbers. Results will be posted by the concession stands.
General Admission: $5.00. Concession is open. T-shirts will be on sale $15.00. Temporary bathrooms will be available and the building will be open at Door #5. There will be no access to the Locker rooms.

Field Events begin at 9:30AM - Boy's LJ (2 Flights), Girl's TJ, Girl's Shot Put (2 Flights), Girl's HJ
Followed by 11:30AM - Girl's LJ (2 Flights), Boy's TJ, Boy's Shot Put (2 Flights), Boy's HJ
*Each Flights will have 45 minutes open pit.
*Starting Height - Girl's HJ - 4ft 2in & Boy's 5ft 2in

*Only Top 3 sections in 300m (Boy's & Girl's) will be in lanes
*The 4x200m will run waterfalls start.
*Section 5 of the Boy's 1600m will be moved to section 4.
*I would like to cut the Boy's 3200m into one section - so let us know during the meet if you have scratches.
*We will need coaches to count laps for the 3200m especially the girls.

This meet is in honor of David Cannon. Class of 1974. Varsity for all 12 Track & Field and Cross-Country seasons between 1970-74. 12-Time District, 8-Time Region, 3-Time State Medalist (including State Runner-Up), 2-Time State Team Champion and All-Met in Cross-Country. Still holds GCM 2-mile record. Ran at James Madison University, now a USATF Masters Champion. CEO of Activated Content in Bellingham, Washington, and is training for age group World Indoor mile record. David passed away October 24th, 2016 of Cancer of my Pancreas.
