Dear Head Track & Field Coaches,
Just a reminder that the 2008 Potomac Relays will be on Saturday April 5th.
- Each team will be allowed a maximum of 1 entry in the DMR and the 4 x 400, MMR (1-1-2-4), 4 x 100, SMR (2-2-4-8), 4 x 800, and the 4 x 200.
- Each team will be allowed a maximum of 1 team per field event; a field event team must have 2 athletes in order to compete.
- The MMR will run a 2 turn stagger
- The SMR will run a 2 turn stagger
- The 4 x 400 will run a 3 turn stagger
- The 4 x 200, 4 x 100 will run in lanes entire race
- All final results will be based on time.
