Coaches Meeting 8:00am

Varsity Boys (10 entries) 9:00am

Varsity Girls (10 entries) 9:30am

JV JR/SR Boys (unlimited entries) 10:10am

JV JR/SR Girls (unlimited entries) 10:50am

JV FR/SO Boys (unlimited entries) 11:30pm

JV FR/SO Girls (unlimited entries) 12:10pm

AWARDS:

Top 20 in each race

Top Team in each race

Top 15 in the Varsity races will be designated as All-County

ENTRY FEE: $300 per team (combined amount for both Boys and Girls) $200 for girls or guys only. Send fee to Rock Ridge HS.

PARKING: $6.00 per car

CONCESSIONS: TBD

T-SHIRTS: Yes Cost TBD

TIMING SYSTEM: Shoe chip timing via 5Runners Racing. Chips required to be returned in numerical order. Lost chips = $10.00

ENTRY DUE DATE/INSTRUCTIONS: 9/19/2018, 11:59pm Entries must be made in milestat. No need to designate Varsity runners...just line the 10 runners up at the time of the meet. Only Loudoun County High Schools are permitted entry.

INCLEMENT WEATHER/MAKEUP TIMES/DATES: Decision will be made by 5:00pm on Friday, 9/22/17.
