Entry: Region entry forms should be accessed on the VHSL website under forms.
Send entry forms to the following email: Chargersxctf01@gmail.com. Entry Forms are due no later than 3:00PM, Friday, October 26,2018. Teams are also required to Enter their teams on Milestat. Milestat Entry Closeout is 6:00PM, Monday, October 29, 2018. Milestat Password can be obtained from Ron Edington or Sylvia Williams.
Forms can also be printed and filled out by hand and faxed to Len Carlson. Please let Sylvia Williams know if this option is taken.
The race will be timed by Race Timing Unlimited (RTU). RTU will provide dual ankle chips.
Coaches shall return the Chronotrack Chips to RTU at the completion of the race. Coaches will be billed $20 for each chip that is not returned.
Advancing: Top 3 Teams & first 5 individuals not on the Top 3 teams will advance to the State
Championship Meet: State Championship Entry Forms will be provided and must be completed prior to departing the Regional Championship.
Awards: First & Second Place Team Boys and Girls Trophy. Top 10 Boys and Top 10 Girls will receive medals.
Parking: There is no parking fee at the public park. But parking is limited. Buses must drop off Teams in the circle nearest the Playground Restroom at the end on the entrance drive. Buses will park in the lot nearest the entrance and Soccer Field (follow Directors and Signs)
Concessions/T-Shirts: Will be on sale.
