There will be no dressing rooms available. Buildings are off limits to teams and spectators!

TIME: Packets may be picked up any time after 2:00 pm. Please read and follow the instructions. The meet will start on time.
Mandatory Coaches Meeting 2:30 pm
Boys Race 3:00 pm
Girls Race 4:00 pm
Awards 5:15pm
ADMISSION: $8.00
AWARDS: Team: Tournament Champion & Runner Up trophies
Individuals: Top 3 runners (Gold Silver Bronze)
ALL-REGION: Top 7 runners will be named Class 4 Region A All-Region
COURSE: 5000 meters over grass, dirt, and gravel spikes may be worn.
SCORING: Tags must be worn on the front of the uniforms with the runners name and their school.
ENTRIES: Schools may list ten names on the entry form, however only seven (7) runners may participate in the region meet.
ADVANCING TO STATE: Top 3 teams per Region & top 5 individuals not on one of the advancing teams.
