It wasn't a freshman stealing the show at VISAA States, it was an 8th grader! That 8th grader was Norfolk Christian's Micayah Holland who put on a show with her win in the 55m dash.
Two multi-event specialists put on a clinic this Saturday at the VISAA State meet. These two, Elby Omohundro and Will Stupalsky, combined for a staggering 75 points.
These championships will feature more teams and athletes than any other single Virginia state meet this post-season.

Benedictine's John Colizzi is back and it looks like better than ever. This past Saturday he took home the VISAA State Title in the long jump and finished third in the triple jump.
