SPIKES: Spikes NO LONGER than 1/4 inch will be allowed, 1/8th inch

preferable.

DIVISIONS:

Boys and Girls HS

ENTRY FEE$125.00 per gender for 3 individuals and 1 relay per event -   $200.00 for both genders

$10.00 per individual entry -$20.00 per relay team for additional entries

Submitting Entries:

All entries will be done through milestat.com. ALL ENTRIES ARE DUE BY Thursday, April 2nd at 11:59 pm.  You will be able to change and update entries until the deadline.

ATHLETIC TRAINER:

Will be on sight for limited assistance.

BUS Drop Off and PARKING:

Athletes will be dropped off at the entrance to the stadium/track. Buses will be redirected to park in the adjacent  lot at Northside Middle School.

ADMISSION:
There will be a $5 admission fee to all spectators.

TOP 3 INDIVIDUALS -Top 3 RELAYS

REFRESHMENTS:

Gatorade and Water as well as coaches lunches will be provided. Concessions will be available.

Field Events:

Implement Weigh-in @ 11:30-11:50

11:30 am Champions Together: Softball Throw

12:00 pm Boys Discus (4 throws no finals) then Girls Discus

12:00 pm Girls Shot Put (4 throws no finals) then Boys Shot

12:00 pm Boys Triple Jump (4 jumps no finals/Open Pit 12 pm to 2 pm)

12:00 pm Girls Long Jump (4 jumps no finals/Open Pit 12 pm to 2 pm)

12:00 pm Girls High Jump then Boys High Jump(5 Alive)

1:45 pm Girls Triple Jump (4 jumps no finals/Open Pit 1:45 am to 3:45 pm)

1:45 am Boys Long Jump (4 jumps no finals/Open Pit 1:45 am to 3:45 pm)
