Where: Rush Family Farm, 2250 Browns Mill Road, Rustburg, Virginia.
When: Tuesday, September 24, 2019.
Cost: $75.00 per team (5 or more athletes make a team).
$15.00 per athlete for schools with less than 5 runners.
Course: 2.05 miles with some hills, 2 creek crossing and 2 log jumps. The course is 95% on grass (short distance on dirt/gravel road)
100% is on very wide trails, 85% on wooded land, 15% on fields.
Make checks payable to Rustburg Cross Country.
Admission: $5.00 per car.

Weather: The invitational will run regardless of the weather.
Schedule:
3:30 Packet pick-up, course opens.
4:30 pm Coaches Meeting.
5:00 pm Girls Middle School Race (2.05 miles).
Awards: Medals to the top 15 individuals. Trophies to top 3 teams.
5:45 pm Boys Middle School Race (2.05 miles).
Awards: Medals to the top 15 individuals. Trophies to top 3 teams.
