Central High School 6th Annual Cross Country Invitational
Saturday, August 31, 2019
Location: North Street Cross Country Course in Woodstock (see attached directions).
Entry Fee: $80.00 for one team (same gender), or $125.00 for two teams (male/female)

. Entries:
Teams may enter up to ten runners in each of the varsity races and can enter an unlimited number of
runners in the developmental races. Please submit your entries on MileStat no later than Friday,
August 24th. Email Melissa Wright, Head Cross Country Coach, with questions
(mgwright@shenandoah.k12.va.us).
Awards:
Trophies will be awarded to the top-three teams in each varsity race. Individual trophies will be
awarded to the top male and female finishers. Medals will be awarded to the top-15 finishers in each
varsity race. Medals will be awarded to the top-15 finishers in the developmental races.
Admission:
$3.00 admission will be charged for spectators.
Time Schedule:
7:30AM Course available for walk-through
8:30AM Coaches Meeting
9:00AM Varsity Race for Females, followed by Varsity Race for Males and Developmental Races*
*All races will start ten minutes after the last runner finishes in the preceding race. Depending on the
number of entries, we may need to run two developmental races.
Restrooms/Changing Facilities:
There will be no changing facilities at the venue, only portable toilets.
Concessions:
Concessions will be available for purchase.
T-Shirts:
T-Shirts will be available for purchase from Valley Sports Connection. Please pay with cash or credit
card, no personal checks.
