When: Friday, July 4th @ 8:30 AM (Race Start Time)
Where: Clover Hill High School in Midlothian, VA. 13900 Hull Street, Midlothian, VA
Early Registration: Mail in entry form with entry fee of $10 to 3511 Quail Hill Ct, Midlothian, VA 23112. Make checks made payable to MileStat.com.
Race Day Registration: Participants and competitors can register the day of the meet from 7:00-8:15 AM. Race day entry fee is $15.
Awards: Cash prizes ($100, $50, $25) will be given to the top 3 finishers to the first three eligible open runners (no high school or collegiate runners will be allowed to accept cash prizes) for both genders. Medals will be given to the first 5 high school finishers and first 5 masters (40 and up) finishers for both genders.
Kids 1 Mile Fun Run: A kids one mile fun run will be held at 8:10 AM. There is no entry fee. Only kids of ages 13 or under can compete. Sign up on race day.
Most Patriotic Costume Award: There will be an award for the runner who has the most patriotic costume determined by our costume judges. Show your American pride!
Waiver: I know that running a 5K race is a potentially hazardous activity. I should not enter and run unless I am medically able and properly trained. I agree to abide by any decision of a race official relative to my ability to safely complete the run. I assume all risks associated with running this event, including, but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, the effects of the weather, and the conditions of the course all such risks being known and appreciated by me. Having read this waiver and knowing these facts and in consideration of your accepting my entry, I myself, and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release the MileStat.com, Brandon Miles, Clover Hill High School, and all other sponsors, their representatives and successors from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event, even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons named in this waiver, I grant permission to all of the foregoing to use any photographs, motion pictures, recording or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose.
