What: This will be an officially timed intersquad dual between The Pacers home school team and Forest Running Club. Due to close proximity (3,200 meters on the track) and COVID restrictions, we are not allowing other clubs or unattached individuals at this event. If you are looking for a larger cross country opportunity, please see Gravely Hill Fall Fest on 11/7.
COVID restrictions: Parents are able to watch, but must stay in the stands and off of the track and infield for the duration of the event. Parents are required to wear a mask and socially distance while spectating. Athletes should plan to socially distance while inside track and on infield, and we will limit heats to 20 per (double waterfall start with 10 athletes on each of the two starting lines), rolling every 15-20 minutes, based on seed times and gender. The heats will run fastest to slowest. Athletes are asked to warmup and cool down on campus, outside of the track for social distancing.
Time: Meet begins at 8:00 a.m., with warm-up for the first heat beginning at 7:15 a.m. The event should conclude by 10:15 a.m.
Cost: $5.00 per athlete for timing.
