Schools attending: Abingdon, Chilhowie, GW, Holston, John S. Battle, Marion, Pulaski, Tazewell

Traditional Polar Bear Meet hosted by Abingdon High School. The meet with have Fully Automatic Timing (FAT) by Blue Ridge Timing from Lynchburg. We will follow the normal indoor T&F meet schedule and will allow each school to enter 3 relays and 5 individuals in each event. Entries will close on 2/3/21. Coaches will be assigned an event to run at the meet.

Meet will start at 4:30pm with field events. Running events will start at 5pm on a rolling schedule. Athletes will be in designated team areas in the bleachers.

**MASKS MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES EXCEPT WHEN COMPETING. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!**

**The Cost of the Polar Bear Meet is 100.00 per school to Abingdon Indoor Track & Field**

Field Events: Start at 4:30pm. If not complete by 5pm running events take precedent.

*All Social Distancing Guidelines will be followed. 6 feet distance between athletes at the start of each race will be required. Please make sure your athletes know this prior to coming to the track.*
