IMPORTANT: We are going to run the
Varsity Races in 2 waves with the top 6 in Wave 1 and 7-10 in Wave 2 1 minute
later. YOU MUST DECLARE YOUR TOP 6 AND YOUR 7-10 RUNNERS TO jeremybartley78@hotmail.com and jawoods@rcs.k12.va.us
11th runner and up will run in the JV race
following the varsity races in both pools. This will be self timed by the
coach.

RESULTS: Results will be combined for an 8 team Race so you are
physically racing people in your pool and virtually racing the other pool.
Submitting Entries All entries will be done through milestat.com and are
DUE BY MARCH 23rd AT Midnight. Information for registering online can be
found at www.milesplit.us/pages/Online_Meet_Reg_Instructions.
Concessions Concessions will be available at the picnic shelter with
healthy options.
Team Area Teams will have a designated area on the soccer fields to
put up their tent. We ask that everyone be respectful of our host site and
clean up after ourselves when we leave (trash bags will be provided). Water will be available for athletes after
the race. Water is available on site through several spigots throughout the
park.

From the East: I-64 West to Exit 14 in Covington. Take a right and travel
1 mile on S. Durant Road/Jackson Street. Take a left on S. Rayon Drive and
cross a bridge over the Jackson River. After bridge, road veers to the left and
Jackson River Sports Complex will be on the left. The Sports Complex is 1.4 miles
off of I-64.
From the West: I-64 East to Exit 14 in Covington. Take a right and travel
1 mile on S. Durant Road/Jackson Street. Take a left on S. Rayon Drive and
cross a bridge over the Jackson River. After bridge, road veers to the left and
Jackson River Sports Complex will be on the left. The Sports Complex is 1.4 miles
off of I-64.
Parking Information Parking will be available on site. Please tell your
families there will be a $5.00 per vehicle Spectator Fee (team buses and vans
exempt) to help offset the cost of a timer.
