Results, Bib # Listing, and Wave Assignment
This meet is for all Seminole District teams: Amherst, Heritage, Rustburg, Brookville, JF, ECG, Liberty, and LCA!

Course Location: JF's new home course, Gravelly Hill (1645 Thomas Jefferson Rd, Forest, VA 24551). Buses should drop athletes and coaches off at Thomas Jefferson Elementary School (1255 Patriot Place, Forest, VA 24551) and athletes can walk around the perimeter of the soccer fields (there will be youth soccer teams using the field) through the wide opening onto the course property!
Timing: The event will be electronically timed by Blue Ridge Timing.
Spectators: Per Bedford County School District COVID rules, no away team spectators are permitted.
Race Schedule: The meet will be run in waves of 25 athletes every 2 minutes beginning at 5:00 p.m. The third wave of boys, and third wave of girls will be the JV sections. Athletes will be placed in waves based on their confirmed seed times, and wave assignments will be handed out at the meet.

Warmups: Athletes are able to warm up on the course when there is no race going on, but during races, we are asking athletes to warm up on the fields around Thomas Jefferson Elementary School.
Course Map: Paper copies will be handed out at the meet.
