SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:

Coaches Meeting @ 8:30 AM (At the Gazebo) (Packet Pick-up)

Implement Weigh-in: 8:30 AM (Table near Shot Put Area)

Field Events: Start @ 9AM

Girls and Boys Long Jump followed by Girls and Boys Triple Jump (William Byrd & Northside will run off)

Girls Shot Put followed by Boys Shot Put (Franklin County will run off)

Boys Discus followed by Girls Discus (Staunton River will run off)

Boys High Jump followed by Girls High Jump (William Fleming will run off)

Opening Height - Girls HJ - 4-02 Boys 5-04

Girls Pole Vault followed by Boys Pole Vault (Lord Botetourt will run off)

Opening Height - Girls PV - 6-06 Boys 8-00

We will need four umpires for exchange zones for relays, One coach from each school that can alternate.

Awards Presentation

BRD Qualifiers: Each school permitted 3 entries per event and must be a performance from this season, to enter more than 3 athletes, all athletes entered in an event must meet the BRD standard in a meet of 3 or more teams and that performance must be listed on Milestat, Each school is allowed one Relay per Relay event.

Regional Qualifiers: This Meet does not have qualifiers to any region. See your individual region instructions for Regional Qualifications.

No Substitutions will be allowed. Scoring: NFHS Track and Field Rules for scoring with 8 teams and scoring positions 1-6 places will be followed: Individual Scoring: 10-8-6-4-2-1 Relay Scoring: 10-8-6-4-2-1

All athletes Can Check in at any time @ the Gazebo to get their hip numbers.

Spikes: Spikes may be no longer than 1/4" inch.

Admission: $7.00 - Only passes allowed - VHSCA, VHSL, Coaches Pass/Wristband, VIAAA, VATA, VSBA, Principals State Membership Card.

Site Supervisor: Athletic Director - Bradley Lang

An Athletic Trainer will be present. You must provide your own tape and ace wraps. Ice will be provided also @ the Gazebo.

Water will be provided at the start/finish in coolers @ the Gazebo.

Restrooms will be located behind the football stadium through the gate down the hill.

There will be concessions available.

Buses will park in the Bus Parking lot near Central Gym
