Registration Closes: Sunday, May 21st @ 11:00 pm  

Additional Scratches Due:  Wednesday. May 25th @ 3:00 pm

• After the entry deadline, Sunday, May 22nd @ 11:00 pm, only scratches will be allowed.

Entries: All entries will be submitted through Milestat declaration deadline of Sunday, May 22nd @ 11:00 pm. 

Entry Limits: Each Team will be allowed 3 athletes per event and 1 relay team.  Additional entries will be allowed only if all athletes have met the Regional Qualifying Standards.  

State Qualifiers: Top 4 finishers in each event plus anyone who meets the state qualifying standard in the Regional meet, or in a sanctioned meet involving 10 or more teams (5 or more teams if fully automated timing is used).  See VHSL Handbook Section 84 for additional qualifying criteria.  

Scoring: 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1

Team Tents: All team tents will need to be located on the home side bleachers with the press box.  The home side is on the back stretch of the track.  The start/finish line is located on the away side bleachers and want to leave those bleachers for spectators.
