Schedule of events
Course opens- 4:00 pm
Coaches Meeting- 4:50 pm
Boys Race- 5:00 pm
Girls Race- 5:30 pm (5 minutes after last boy)
Awards-6:00 pm (As soon as the results are ready)
Host School- Bassett High School (Coaches Kevin Underwood and Brandy Arnold)
Spectators - There will be no charge to attend this PD meet. Spectators must wear a mask and social distance 10 feet unless they are from the same family. Hand sanitizer will be provided in several locations. Max occupancy is 250 people in total but could be changed
Teams competing: PD Teams
Entries- Teams will enter through the Milestat platform at www.miletstat.com
Appeals-Three coaches will be selected at coaches meeting for jury of appeals if needed
Team Tent Area- Teams can locate team tents on the soccer field and if no tent the golf range shelter can be used also for team areas (Please clean up after meet trash bags will be provided. Team tent areas will be spaced on opposite sides of the soccer fields
Course- Course is all grass and trails course will be well marked with orange flags, white paint, and cones
Awards-Top 15 recognition for all races
Refreshments- Teams will provide their own refreshments because of Covid restrictions
Trainer- Trainer will not be on site but Ice and bags will be available if needed by host school
Buses-Once teams are dropped off at the entrance to XC course buses must park in the main parking lot
Bathrooms- There are bathrooms located at the main complex, bottom fields area and there is a porta-john located near the start line (Coaches help us by telling your runners to not tear up the bathrooms)
