This year's meet will be held on banked track of Liberty University Indoor Track and Field Complex

Entry Information: $15 per athlete (one-time fee, not per event) and $20 per relay.

All teams- If your team pulls out of the meet within 48 hours of the start of the meet, you will still be charged 50% of your entry fee.  We will credit 1/2 of that 50% (or 1/4 of your total entry fee) towards your entry next year.  I hate to have to do this, but 120 teams pulled out within 24 hours of the start of the meet last year.

This year we are also offering an online payment option.  

Current VHSL Covid Protocols will be followed for the meet.  Please advise your athletes and parents that this is a very busy meet, and if they would feel more comfortable, or if your school requires, masks may certainly be worn.  We will do our best to try to spread the teams out a bit more while still allowing room for spectators.

Awards: Top 3 finishers in individual events and the winning relay teams will receive medals. Top Guys and Girls team and runners up will receive trophies.

Admission: Price of admission for all spectators is $10.  Tickets will be sold at the door with cash or credit options but are also available on GoFan.  

Concessions: Concessions will be available but provided by LU Club Sports.

Hospitality for coaches: Lunch will be provided for coaches in the hospitality room
