This year we have been blessed with an abundance of youth coming out for track and field. Unfortunately, we have not been able to accommodate them with many opportunities to participate in meets. Therefore, we have decided to have an open Middle School/ JV meet where these youths may get some experience. Our goal is to encourage and motivate them into becoming more interested in track and field, and that they may continue to participate in it.
That being said, we are opening this meet to any athlete from the 5th grade through 10th grade. We are also asking for assistance from all coaches to help us with field events.
We are eliminating the following events: 3200 meter run, and 4 x 800 relay. Other events may be eliminated based on registration. Please advise if there is an issue.
