Field Events Start Promptly @ 3:00pm.
Long Jump will go from 3:00 until 3:30 and triple jump from 3:30 until 4:00pm.
Running events start @ 3: 45 with 4x800 Combined boys & girls.
Work assignments:
Boys LJ & TJ - PA, Girls LJ & TJ - Salem, Boys & Girls SP - Landstown, Boys & Girls Discus - Kempsville, Boys & Girls HJ - Tallwood.
4x100m exchange zones: Zone 1 - Salem, Zone 2 - Kempsville, Zone 3 - Landstown.
Clerking, Starter, Finish line & Hurdle crew -Tallwood.
Coaches bring your own measuring tapes and pokers/markers.
